Guns N' Roses Album Finished???
The 15 year effort "Chinese Democracy" has been ALLEGEDLY finished late 2007 and on the road to release.  According to Axl Roses's PERSONAL MANAGER, Beta Lebeis, the album was "finished just before Christmas" and is "in negotiations" with unspecified parties for it's release. All this according to the U.K. publication "Classic Rock" magazine.  Rumors are that GNR will follow in the footsteps of Brit Band RADIOHEAD and release the album initially as a "pay what you want" download.
